Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), allowing others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution.

Open Access Policy

The journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available supports global knowledge exchange.

Archiving

The journal utilizes LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration.
